Anna Silk

Anna Silk is Canadian actress who has been best known in Canada for the role in the film Bo. Silk is born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay is the producer and director of drama of drama and production at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mom. The father of Silk, Peter, was an academic. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is a bit of a child with earliest memories of watching and attending play rehearsals. Silk starred in numerous commercials for kids. She graduated from St. Thomas University with an Associate of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was engaged in two early theater productions including Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk was moved to Toronto Canada in the fall of 1999, to keep acting. She then relocated in Los Angeles California during the following decade. She met her new husband, Seth Cooperman, at an actor's workshop held in Los Angeles in 2007. The couple got engaged in 2009, and then married at an unofficial ceremony in December. They renewed their vows on on April 10, 2011 in Fredericton at the tradition of a Jewish wedding ceremony, after Silk converted to Judaism. Silk had the son named Samuel Jerome Cooperman in May 2013. Levi Aaron was her second born baby on May 13, 2016. Silk's TV work is a part of Being Erica as Cassidy Holland and she received a Gemini Awards nod in 2009. In 2009, she was cast in the main character role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. Silk got pregnant in the course of production of the final season episode. She announced the pregnancy to viewers of the show in an episode of the Showcase pre-show Season Three special on January 6th, 2013. Silk tweeted on June 20th, 2013 that the show was coming back to its production. The fourth season debuted on June 4, 2013 with Showcase and Prodigy Pictures. CNN Cable News Network named Bo, along with Lauren Zoie Palmer, as the same-sex couple in Lost Girl to be one of their top TV Couples ever. E! Magazine declared them Top Television Couples in 2013 Entertainment Television. Silk is one of the most watched shows on the social networks.
